The Goshen Community Chorale, under the direction of William Mateer, will be starting rehearsals for its spring season on February 17th. Rehearsals will take place at College Mennonite Church on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Chorale will be working towards a May 3rd concert at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, which will be a program of Hispanic choral music. The featured work will be the Misa Criolla of the Argentinean composer Ariel Ramirez. Nayo Ulloa, who is affiliated with the Latin American Culture and Language Center in Goshen, will be the soloist. The Chorale welcomes new members who have a background in choral singing and who wish to commit themselves to regular attendance at rehearsals and learning challenging repertoire.
Persons who are interested in singing with the Chorale should contact Mr. Mateer at 574-533-2562 or email@example.com
