Latinos Voice Concerns to Ohio Legislature Dayton, Ohio Latino Community Representatives from the Miami Valley participated in the People of Color Advocacy Day organized by the Ohio Commission on Hispanic Latino Affairs (OCHLA) at the Statehouse in Columbus on March 16th, 2005.
