Hispanic Heritage Takes Center Stage Turn on the television, listen to the radio or rent a movie and you’ll find that the world has experienced an Hispanic culture explosion.
Frankfort Hispanic Cultural Arts Festival Saturday, Sept. 18 * Frankfort Public Library The first annual Frankfort Hispanic Cultural Arts Festival will take place on Saturday, September 18, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Frankfort Community Public Library located in downtown Frankfort, Indiana. Frankfort is located just south of Lafayette. Take I-65 south to State Road 28 east 6 miles. .
