Once more we feel very honored and humbled, as we approach the holiday season and closing of the year 2004. We feel honored to have had the opportunity to be part of this effort of bringing information and awareness of the events that affect us all. Also, I would like to acknowledge the participation of the writers, photographers, correspondents, distributors and all the members of the community who have sent their photos, comments and news. The announcers and sponsors also made possible this community effort and of course, the readers that have continued to follow and affirm our work.

I would like to extend our best wishes to all the fellow Spanish language newspapers in the area; Voz Latina. El Mexicano, La Prensa Hispana, y El Zócalo and to all the radio stations like Sabor Latino 98.1 FM, that reach the homes of the Latino population trying to bring a bit of Latino life to our permanence in US.

I also want to express my special appreciation for the South Bend Tribune newspaper who has increased their attention to the Latino community showing a continuous support to their efforts.

Above all, as when the newspaper started, I would like to thank God for this past year and for all the thirteen years, that He has allow us to serve Him. It is a humbling experience to have been able to walk with my family and community everywhere as we approach the end of 2004, and we ask His guidance for the year 2005. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, full of true love in action!
