The City of Goshen is recruiting AmeriCorps service members to work on environmental, sustainability and public education projects!
Are you interested in getting experience in environmental and sustainability careers, including arboriculture, ecology, water quality, and public education?
The City of Goshen is recruiting AmeriCorps service members to serve in developing and working on environmental, sustainability and public education projects.
Members receive environmental experience, cross-training in multiple disciplines, professional development, a living allowance, an educational award for college or trade school, loan deferment and interest forbearance, and dental and health insurance.
Seniors (over 55) can transfer the education award to another if desired. Ask for details. Persons interested in service in Goshen’s program must have one year of post-12 education or working experience. AmeriCorps is a national program with opportunities all over the country.
