The National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures (NALAC) is excited to announce that the call for applications for the 2024 NALAC Leadership Institutewill open on Friday, December 1, 2023.
The NALAC Leadership Institute (NLI) is a week-long fellowship that brings non-profit arts administrators and cultural workers together from across the nation for intensive training in leadership and management capacity.
Participation in the institute is open to Latina/o/x/é non-profit arts administrators and/or cultural workers who are based in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Alumni of the NALAC Advocacy Leadership Institute (ALI) and Intercultural Leadership Institute (ILI) are encouraged to apply!
Interested applicants are encouraged to attend one of our virtual support opportunities (via Zoom):
- Support Webinar, Friday, December 8, 2023, from 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. CST. Registration is required. For individuals unable to attend, the webinar will be recorded and shared on the NLI webpage.
- Virtual Cafecito, Saturday, December 16, 2023, from 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. CST. No registration is required. Drop in for an informal meeting with NALAC staff.
Please Note: Holidays will affect staff availability. The NALAC Office will be closed from Saturday, November 18, 2023, to November 26, 2023, and Saturday, December 23, 2023 to Sunday, January 7, 2024.
