Shower Your Baby with Love: Minority Health Coalition Hosts 23rd Annual Community Baby Shower

The Minority Health Coalition is inviting the community to its 23rd annual “Shower Your Baby with Love” Community Baby Shower on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Tolson Center of Excellence, 1320 Benham Ave., Elkhart, Indiana.

Expecting parents and families with children ages 0 to 2 are especially encouraged to attend. The free, open-to-the-community event will welcome up to 100 families, offering a wealth of resources, education, and support. Attendees will receive valuable information on infant and maternal health, including strategies to reduce infant and maternal mortality and address health disparities during and after pregnancy.

Parents and caregivers can look forward to free giveaways such as bottles, diapers, wipes, books, sippy cups, car seats, blankets, bibs, plus larger items like baby cribs, strollers, and learning toys. The first 10 families will also receive gift certificates from local restaurants.
