Mr. Rodolfo Rodriguez was the commencement speaker at the Ivy Tech graduation on Friday May 7th. Mr. Rodriguez is the founder and Executive Director of Open Hearts and Open Doors, Inc., a not-for-profit organization that provides support to children and the elderly dealing with life threatening illnesses. In 2009 he received the Outstanding Alumni Award from the American Association of Community Colleges. Ivy Tech invited the Latino community to participate in a reception at Ivy Tech on Friday May 7th, from 8:00 am to 9:30 am. Mr. Rodriguez gave a chat to the Latino community on his community work experience.
